Membership is designed to cover sudden and unforeseen breakdowns only, and not faults that are pre-existing, developing, or due to lack of maintenance.

Activation Period: Cover becomes active 72 hours after registration. Any faults, breakdowns, or symptoms occurring before or during this period will not be eligible for assistance.

Vehicle Condition & Eligibility: All vehicles must be roadworthy, regularly maintained, and in good working condition at the start of the membership.

Note: We may carry out vehicle history checks, including MOT records and publicly available data, to assess eligibility for assistance. Where a vehicle shows signs of poor maintenance, repeated failures, or known existing issues, assistance may be limited or declined.
